This beautiful soul has been working for us in the Restaurant since October 2021 as a Waitress and has been an instant hit with both the visitors and the regulars.  Eve has worked tirelessly every weekend and has never moaned, even when we gave her a Saturday off she quickly said ‘why?’ so is extremely committed and always polite.

Eve has built up her own rapport with our regular customers and even knows them by first names, we are extremely happy with how Eve has settled into the team in the Restaurant and how she deals with the pressure at our busy times.
Eve – please continue to shine and show your true skills, you are doing amazing and well done on successfully gliding through your first busy summer with us.
