Happy June everyone, in honour of the brighter skies we would like to acknowledge and celebrate
the wonderful soul that is Kirsty.
Kirsty is our employee of the month for ‘June 2023’ – Kirsty is a jack of all trades and happily adapts
to any role or duties required of her. Covering the duties as a Kitchen Preparer, managing the
Restaurant as Restaurant Supervisor and also working as a Counter Assistant in the Takeaway. We
can always rely on Kirsty by being available, adaptable and always a great support to the team and
the two businesses. Her customer service skills are second to none and she is always cheery, polite
and kind.
