Tanika Williams – Fryer (no picture available)

We are so pleased to have welcomed Tanika to our team here at Oliver’s, she started with us back in May 2026 as a Fryer.  With so many staff it is very rare that someone new can settle into a team so well and so quickly, however Tanika has done so with such ease and professionalism. 

Tanika has been a breath of fresh air for the Takeaway; with her strong hospitalitybackground this has enabled her to move very quickly into the role and to take on new skills with such ease.

The role as Fryer is not easy and there is a lot to learn, however as the weeks go by we are sure things will get easier for her… and then once we get through the summer we will ease her into the restaurant.
