Well where do we start with this amazing human being that is Alex – our main super star for the month of some of February.
Alex has worked for us now for coming up two years, Alex is a fantastic member of the crew who will cover any duty that is thrown his way. Alex is always flexible and if he can cover a shift, he will. Alex is confident now to work across all areas of the businesses, her works as a ‘Counter Assistant’ in the Takeaway, he works as a ‘Waiter’ in the Restaurant and since January he assisted in covering the role as a ‘Potato Preparer’ – all in between attending university.
We had a situation at the beginning of the year where a member of staff needed to take leave immediately and over a short period of time for training, Alex stepped into his shoes and covered the role with a fantastic attitude.
We are truly grateful for Alex’s ever flexible attitude and would therefore like to award him the ‘Employee of the Month – March 2024’.
