We are completely out of our routine, therefore our apologies for not posting and acknowledging this wonderful human beings.

So here goes…. Our ‘Employees of the Month’ for the May and June are as follows:

EMPLOYEE OF MONTH – MAY 2026
Sarah Gratton – Restaurant Supervisor

Where do we start with Sarah wow she is amazing, her commitment to the Restaurant is truly outstanding… she is the backbone to the Restaurant and the team as a whole. 

She is truly dedicated to her role and to the customers who visit the Restaurant, and does so every weekend. Sarah is always thinking of someone else and not much for herself of late, however we are forever proud of how Sarah runs the restaurant and manages the staff.

She is always ‘welcoming’ to our regular customers and new faces coming through the door. Some shifts present problems or issues, like any other restaurant or hospitality outlet, however Sarah will always manage the problem or situation as best as possible.

We ‘Thank  You’ for your continued commitment to the role and the business, you are truly appreciated and deserve ‘Employee of the Month’ for May 2026.
