For the month of October we would like to celebrate the wonderful Sadie, one of our experienced Counter Assistants in the Takeaway.

Sadie joined the crew back in June 2023 and came with a wealth of Customer Service experience. It did not take long for Sadie to settle into the role and the crew here at Oliver’s Takeaway. She is proving to be a huge asset to the business and to the team.

Sadie's ‘Customer Service’ skills are up there with the best (if not the best) – she is always so cheerful, happy, professional and polite with every customer she serves. Her work ethic and skills also have a positive impact on her other colleagues, she can soon lift the team even during the busiest of times.

During these last few weeks and whilst we have been enduring the renovations for the Takeaway, she has been a fantastic support to us as business owners. When we took the Takeaway to the Restaurant side and served from the kitchen, Sadie adapted extremely well to what was a very stressful environment at times. However, she carried the team with ease, and she also assisted in the Restaurant where needed.

Sadie is keen to learn all aspects of both businesses and over the coming months we will be training her in various other roles, she will no doubt deal with these areas of training with no issues and we are very keen to watch her grow further.
