Sarah started her employment as a Counter Assistant in the Takeaway back in June 2021 and straight away made an impression on both Helen & Michael (Owners).  Her commitment and attitude towards work is always fantastic, and her dedication to the role and her other colleagues is second to none.

Over recent months Sarah started training as a Kitchen Preparer in the Restaurant and instantly she settled into the role.  Her focused attitude and attention to detail are perfect and just what we needed for the kitchen role.  She has the confidence to run the kitchen, manage other team members where needed and all the while more than happy to take food out and cross over into the waitressing world.  Sarah still works in the Takeaway as a Counter Assistant and is definitely thriving in both roles, and for both businesses.

Sarah is a true asset to our team and to us as a family business, we always know we can rely on her and look forward to the year ahead.
