As we near the joys of spring and the month of March, for our employee of the month we would to acknowledge the wonderful soul that is Sophie Crooks.

Sophie work for us as a Fryer here in the Restaurant and to say her skills are exceptional is an understatement. Sophie is a highly dedicated individual with a strong focus on her cooking skills. She has an incredible laugh which is infectious, her team skills are amazing, and she is a valuable member of the team here at Oliver’s Restaurant.

Sophie has recently been experiencing health problems but her dedication to the role has been amazing and we are so proud of how she has dealt with this difficult time and we will support her throughout.
