Did you know?? How much work, time and dedication goes into our chips here at Oliver’s??

Well two of our new starters do, and to say there are a little exhausted is an understatement … after a busy few months we are so pleased to see both Jack Temple and Ben Oliver settling into their roles as Potato Preparers.

Jack started with us back in March 2026 and hit the ground running during the Easter period, whereas Ben came on board at the beginning of June 2026.  Both individuals are doing so well within their roles and during periods where our potatoes change seasons, we tend to get little issues with their sizing etc however these two have battled through the bags and produced some amazing chips.  Alongside the main aspect of their role, they also tend to do cleaning duties and stock control.  Juggling the two sides can be testing at times however, these two have done so well.

We are pleased to award them both the ‘Employee of the Month’ for August 2026 and would like to say ‘Thank You’ for doing so well.  Your commitment and hard work have not gone unnoticed, keep up the good work.
