For the month of November we would like to acknowledge these two wonderful souls, Ollie Sheilds (Fryer) and Eve Edwards (Fryer). 

During the month of September we managed to get away for some sun, sea and relaxation as a family.  Owning your own business and getting holidays/ breaks can be very difficult at times, however upon leaving the country and stepping away we did so with no worries.

Ollie is an experienced Fryer/ Supervisor and although sometimes he can doubt himself, he always shines through and steps up to the role and responsibilities.  His management skills are developing month on month, and his organisational skills are increasing day by day.  So upon leaving him to look after the two businesses we had no hesitations.

Eve has been within the role as a Fryer for just under a year now, she initially began her employment with us as a Waitress and has developed her skills further over the years.  Whilst we were away on holiday Eve stepped up and supported Ollie in the running of the two businesses.  You know when someone is doing well, when you return from holiday and everyone keeps saying ‘Wow Eve did so well’, ‘she really stepped up and supported Ollie fantastically’.

A huge ‘Well Done’ to you both on doing such a fantastic job and ‘Thank You’ for covering everything you both did amazing.
