Happy May everyone, spring is definitely here and bringing the warmth and sunshine we all need.

Our ray of sunshine this last year has been the delightful Dennis, he is the youngest of the crew and is proving to be such a valuable and truly versatile member of staff. To say Dennis is a ‘jack of all trades’ is an understatement. From Dennis beginning his employment with us back in February 2020 he hit the ground running by assisting the team in the Restaurant as a Waiter – he was excellent at taking orders and assisting in the kitchen where needed.

To say Dennis is a ‘jack of all trades’ is an understatement. From Dennis beginning his employment with us back in February 2020, he hit the ground running by assisting the team in the Restaurant as a Waiter – he was excellent at taking orders and assisting in the kitchen where needed.

As we opened the Fish and Chips Takeaway back in May 2020 during the initial lockdown Dennis was a true asset to the business – he came into the Takeaway with no experience and once again hit the ground running. Although a little quiet at times, Dennis never shy’s away and is always keen to assist and learn new tasks.

So this month’s ‘Employee of the Month’ is Dennis – thank you Dennis for all your hard work and your flexibility, you have and continue to be amazing.
