National Federation of Fish Friers Courses Completed!

The crew members have successfully completed the following courses through the NFFF (National Federation of Fish Friers and their training company Essential Food Hygiene:

  • Level 2 Food Hygiene
  • Level 2 Allergens Awareness for Caterers
  • Level 3 Food Hygiene

Our friers are equipped with the knowledge to provide the best-fried deliciousness to your plate, so you can enjoy our fish knowing that we've put our best effort in.
